Preference Data for each ballot paper scrutinised at the election (including informal papers).
The link below is a download link and contains a zip file with all Legislative Assembly preference markings for the district of Bega.
Each record in the file represents a preference marking. The format has been determined to allow the greatest flexibility for analysis using excel pivot tables. The file has the following format and can be readily imported into an excel spreadsheet as a tab delimited file.

PrefMarking | Preference marking as shown on the ballot paper. Either a series of numbers comprising characters 0 to 9 or / or x. | Varchar or null |
PrefCounted | Preference number as interpreted from preference marking used in count. Must be an integer greater than zero. Only shown where the formality of the ballot paper is Formal. | Integer, not null |
